This site shows Reach brochures. We keep what we collect to a minimum, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers.

No cookies, no trackers

Reading a brochure sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, analytics or advertising. There's nothing to consent to.

How we count readers

To know which brochures are useful, we record how a brochure is read: which pages, for how long, and whether the end was reached. We tell readers apart with a code made from your internet address and browser, mixed with a value that changes every day and is then thrown away. We can't turn that code back into your address, and it can't follow you from one day to the next.

Private links

If someone at Reach sent you a link, they can see when it was opened and how far it was read, so they know whether to follow up. Some links ask for your email before opening. If you give it, only the Reach team can see it, alongside how that link was read.

How long we keep it

We keep reading records and any email you gave us so our team can follow up with schools over time. You can ask us to delete your reading data and email at any time, and we'll do it promptly.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@reach.cloud. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles and, for schools in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR.
